1、大專以上學歷，有8年以上紡絲加彈設備維護等工作經驗
2、組織管理能力突出，有工作責任心、主動性
3、團隊合作精神強，有良好的溝通和團隊協作能力
4、及時總結分析日常遇到的問題，后續類似問題可以妥善解決
